Room to Heal is not a drop-in centre. Please call or email first if you would like to visit us. Our office is open 09:30 – 18:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We are closed on Wednesdays and weekends.

If you are attending for an appointment, you can find us using the directions below, or call the office if you need extra assistance.

Public Transport

The easiest way to reach us is by coming either to Newington Green or Dalston, and walking five minutes to our offices.

Buses to Newington Green: 21, 73, 141, 236, 341 and 476.

Buses to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction: 30, 38, 56, 67, 76, 149, 236, 242, 243, 277, 488.

The Overground line also runs to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations.

Walking

From Newington Green, head to the southeast corner of Newington Green and walk down Mildmay Road (there is a pub called the Dissenting Academy at the top of the road). Take the third left onto Woodville Road, and then left again down a short path that leads to the Mildmay Community Centre.

From Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction, head north up Kingsland High Street and turn left at Bradbury Street. At the end of the road, turn right onto Boleyn Road and then left onto Mildmay Road, following Mildmay Road to the right when the road forks. Take the second right onto Woodville Road, and then left into Mildmay Community Centre.
